I found a dirt cheap B-12 inj from Australia. 1000mcg/100ml bottle for 10.00$ so I did some research on B-12 and there was no evidence that I found that you could do too much, the risk of toxicity was very low because you pee excess out. Anyways I have been "off" now for 6 weeks and decided to do 4-5000 mcg of inj b-12. I feel pumped all the time and strength and vascularity is still there. I know I may get flamed for this but it seems to be working. Also it makes for a good site inj.
