So my hammy felt tight a few weeks ago and I stretched it out I thought. Since then My lower back has been giving me problems. Thought it was nothing big. Laying on my girls couch the other day in some shorts and she was like what the fuck is on the back of you leg. It's a giant black/blue/Purple from one end to the other. Go to the chiropractor as he's also my art therapists. He was amzed that I didn't know or couldn't feel what happend. Blew that fugger right out and never knew and kept traing right through it and couldn't figure out why my squat wasn't going up and why everything agreevated my back. Low and behold this is what. The thing that amzed me is I was capable of staying strong on other lifts, like stiff legged deads and what not. i was still going way heavy. Stretch and ice for the next week and see where were at on monday or wednesday.
