insu with palumbo ketodiet

Hello to all, please one info, but if a take HGH2ui in the morning + 5ui of HUMULIN I (long time) , and i take again in the afternoon 2ui HGH and other 5ui of HUMULIN I and now this week i can try ketodiet of palumbo, hight fat and proteins and not carbs....., is a risk for me??

or a can take HGH and ISNULIN without problems?

please let me know if you know something about it...

i cant say for sure but i wouldnt use insulin on a keto diet no crabs for the insulin to work with and i would look through daves message board on the md.com to see what he recommends cuz if anyone knows its him

It's a good question because hgh and insulin go hand in hand. I have read Palumbo say that insulin is best saved for the offseason and not for dieting but I wonder how that applies to hgh use. Maybe someone who is familiar with him can get an answer.

A little tricky.But I believe you can use insulin to help put in a state of ketosis a lot quicker then traditional methods.But you probably shouldn't use it while in a state of ketosis.unfortunately I haven't done this yet so I really can't give you my experience with this.

You can go into 'ketosis' within hours with insulin.

I was on the straight by the book keto/Palumbo diet for months but having just added 8iu of insulin post w/o, I had to add 90g of carbs via my post workout shake (no other carbs the rest of the day). I still get shaky with the carbs some days so I'm not sure how you would use the insulin without the carbs. I have read somewhere that Dave says it can be done, however, so we need to get this from him...I'd love to hear what he has to say!
