I read someone talk about using slin between cycles or for pct the other day and it re sparked my insulin research, that I had giving up on due to being scared. What makes me scared is I don't quite understand all the macros needed to not die. I'm still unsure if I'm going to pct or cruise till next cycle, due to not recovering. But if I could pan out a 4 week slin cycle to do while on pct it sure would help me stay focused and pct
So my question. What is a basic simple protocol?
(I've looked up protocols but its always so contradicting)
I want to pin pre work out on days I train chest,back,legs. So 3- 4 days a week.
I'm thinking a fast acting would be best since I would pin at 4pm and have till I go to bed around 9 to get everything in order.
Any help/advice would be appreciated. Most questions about stats can be answered in my log linked in signature.
