Insulin bridge between cycles or during pct.

I read someone talk about using slin between cycles or for pct the other day and it re sparked my insulin research, that I had giving up on due to being scared. What makes me scared is I don't quite understand all the macros needed to not die. I'm still unsure if I'm going to pct or cruise till next cycle, due to not recovering. But if I could pan out a 4 week slin cycle to do while on pct it sure would help me stay focused and pct :)


So my question. What is a basic simple protocol?
(I've looked up protocols but its always so contradicting)
I want to pin pre work out on days I train chest,back,legs. So 3- 4 days a week.
I'm thinking a fast acting would be best since I would pin at 4pm and have till I go to bed around 9 to get everything in order.


Any help/advice would be appreciated. Most questions about stats can be answered in my log linked in signature.

It's truly hard to say man. I would do a lot more research. When used competently I truly believe insulin is one of the safer drugs that are abused by bodybuilders. My advice would be to start out with a very low amount with plenty of carbs and work your way up depending on how you feel.
 
personally if you are going to be experimenting for the first time with insulin I wouldn't run it during a pct cycle if I was you. Your body is still quite out of balance rebooting after your cycle affecting blood sugar levels already during this time. Insulin can definetly help with progress but save it for when you start your next run and take advantage of it feeding your muscles. safer that much better as you grow instead. Safer way for you to learn how you react to its benefits as you adjust and dial things in while growing and craving food constantly unlike during pct in my oppinion
