Guys I have been a long timer on this board but using a new handle. I am getting back into the scene after taking about 2 years off from body building. Last time I used insulin this is how I used it:
Immediately after training 10iu Humilin R
15 min after shot 100g malt/dex(carbs)
15 min after carbs 100g Protein
2 hr after shot another high carb meal rice etc.
I would resume eating normal after my last high carb meal.
My question to the experienced is how much has changed from the way I used in the past? If there are more productive ways to use insulin now please let me know, and if so please be specific as I am pretty anal about this stuff. I am not on any GH and am not dieting. I am simply using a base of test and relying on my training/food and the addition of slin to help get me back into good shape.
