i have been experimenting with low doses of insulin lately (4-6 iu) and have discovered somthing that may help a few bros.
i work a very physical job from 7-330 m-f and at times it becomes impossible to get in workouts that stimulate growth. i have the energy, but the body just seems to feel overtrained (lack of pumps, fatigue....ect). my workouts had begun to seem almost counterproductive at times no matter how much i ate before or after my workouts. so i came to the conclusion that my glycogen levels are depleted after work and dont have the time to replenish before my workouts. with this in mind i decided to try insulin PREWORKOUT as to try and restore my levels and get myself in a anabolic state as quickly as possible. let me just say that the results thus far are phenomenal and would recommend this strategy for thoes hard working bros looking for a soultion to the burnout you feel after a long hard days work.
also fast acting insulin is still active up to 4 hours after injection so your post workout meals will still be influenced by the insulin.
goodluck
