I was thinking of running 5ius of Slin post workout and drinking Gasparis Size-On (Creatine) mixed with 15g of BCAA's and 10g Glutimine. I have been told not to take Creatine and Glutamine at the same time or even during the same day. Do they counter act each other? Would taking the Creatine, BCAA and Glutimine be a good idea after SLIN to drive these into my body?
