What's the best source of food/sugar right after taking your slin shots?

In the past I used orange juice. What site can I go on to order dextrose? This sounds stupid but I assume dextrose comes in powder form?

Also Big A what is maltodextrin and how can I order it?

dextrose and maltodextrin are available just like glucose, in powder form from anywhere.

Go to any pharmacy and you can buy glucose tabs also. Most are 4-5gm per tablet. A few bucks will get ya 100 tabs. They taste good too.

I use maltodex in my shake post workout, but I like to get some sugars from fruit too (gotta be halfway good for you, fibre etc). Something like a wholemeal or whatever chicken sandwich is also handy, as well as the initial drink etc.
