If you are taking any kind of steroids, that is the last thing you need to be trying to do! Your hematocrit/hemoglobin can get dangerously high just using the steroids. Keep your red blood cells down should be your goal, not raising them!
Now if youre natural, then I suppose it might help for endurance. I woudlnt expect much in the weight room though.

Thank you both for your input...I am not on anything right now, so that is why I was thinking of trying it out..Might help out with vascularity as well..
