This seems to be an incredibly active board, and I'm not sure if you have the time, desire or space for chit chat...I'm hoping a brief general introduction is OK.
I've been working out for a dozen years, and have been a meber of a few other boards during that time....FB & MM in particular. I've learned a helluva lot, but even so my approach has been all natural so far....Now that i'm 50 years old, it's pretty clear that I'm losing strength and definition pretty fast, so I'm getting ready to gear up. I just figured I'd make this board my 'home' during the process. Thanks in advance to all......
