IP Winny

Before you ask, I did a search and I am now more confused then ever. lol

I saw a post where it tested at 45mg but others discounted it. Some posts say its great and others say it bunk.

Is there a final say on IP Oral Winny?

Great stuff!

I personally love his winny... To me it is the best out there for the money... I've used it many, many times and never had anything but awesome results... So in my opinion you can't go wrong with it!!

good stuff and accurately dosed. I like 2 tabs per day (90mg total)

I'm taking one tab a day. Cut in half one afternoon one at night. I'm very happy with the result.....

yes from what I've read some of the tablets can be a bit hard. Also it cant do any harm to chew them just incase.

I wouldnt chew them, this will make stomach irritation even more unpleasant than it can be. Most coated tabs are specially made only to dissolve in the small intestine to avoid that problem. I dont know how IP tabs look like, but i wouldnt chew them anyway.

IPs are hard pressed to survive crushing in transport...its an uncommonly hard tab it must be broken up with the teeth for better absorbtion...break up all IP orals with your teeth it will allow for maximum absorbtion...alex

Have a buddy gets great results on 1 tab of ip winny only cycles personally I always mix with other stuff so his report is more useful
