Is letting pills dissolve better then ingesting

I use my cialis that way and it seems to work quiker..
I beleive its called sublingual correct?Its suppose to enter the bloodstream quiker thru that area Vs your stomach.

In the end Im not sure if it makes a big differance but In my experiences

And what doesnt you will swallow anyway, and will absorb into the digestive system-its not like you have anything to losse by doing it this way.

I've never crushed them. I've read the acid in your stomach is strong enough to dissolve a nail, so I would assume it would be able to completely disolve a tab or 2. Never seen any come out in my stool yet!

A lot of tablets have coatings that release the drug from the tablet and the shell goes undigested. A lot of people think they haven't absorbed the tablet's contents. But they have.

Sublingual (and/or buccal) absorption works for very few drugs unless designed for it. I think crushing most of our stuff doesn't hurt too much and can really help.

if the drug is not water soluble it doesnt matter how long you leave it under tongue. it might seem to work but in fact your really just swallowing it, albiet very slowly.

Stomach acid is a strange thing. Should be strong enough to dissolve a nail but can't dissolve chewing gum? Explain that, if you didn't pass a piece of gum that gets swallowed it would take around 7 years for your stomach to dissolve it. Look at babies that swallow pennies, they get passed quickly. But there not as developed as an adult. And I'm not about to eat a penny just to see what would happen. Look at drug trafficers that swallow ballons with shit in them. They make it through.
