Is isolation movements good when bulking or should they be basically for cutting? Isn't like flyes and stuff for adding defintion? Do you all just add them into your workout or subs them in?
Ok I'll just answer briefly. Cutting has nothing to do with your choidce of exercises. Its diet and cardio and supplememtation.
Best for bulk strength and size are compound multi-joint exercises, along with a high-calorie/high protein diet.

lol mike I know diet and cardio are for cutting lollll I'm just wondering if like cables and stuff are good as well when bulking or would it be better for when cutting...Or its probaly best just to add it in 2 switch shit up and shock your muscles
