keep re-injuring this in my leg, anyone else have this problem. anytime i get above 1200 or so on the leg press or 500 in the squat it blows out. my old training partner who dumped me for flex lewis has the same problem, anyone else?? phil will dis-own me if i can't knock out some sick squats and my legs were starting to blow up. was up to 525x10 to parallel followed by 385x22 ass on the floor, now i just walk with a limp. this sucks ass.
