i have always trained slow.. i rest a long time between sets.. i have tried to cut back on time and it just kills my weights.. but, i took the cake tonight.. i went to the garage at 10.30 after putting the girls to bed.. me and the pitts went into the weight room to hit it hard.. (yeah.. right ).. i did a total of 9 sets.. in a hour and 15 minutes.. now.. i did do some warmups ect.. but FREAKING HOUR AND 15 MINUTES FOR 9 SETS..!!! oh well.. it will get slower before it gets faster.. i am old damnit..
