Looks sort of like the pre-contest routine Arnold and crew used. No aerobics, just light weights fast with little rest. Sergio also trained in a similar fashion.

The small and VERY transient spikes in GH are going to make little or no difference in one's phyique.

On a quick note, as for Japanese studies, the Tabata training ( HIIT cardio) priniciples is genuine if anything.

Yes do this type of training if you want to be small and weak.
The original study was the same as most bodybuilders train. Power/pump.
Compound 6-8 reps and iso 12-15. So its nothing that has not been done.
Try a set of 6-8 reps followed by a set of 10-12 and its all you need.

Chest routine would be

Bench
1 set 6-8 reps
1 set 10-12 reps

Incline Press
1 set 6-8 reps
1 set 10-12 reps

Thats it.

what do you mean by this, im familiar with tabata but have no clue what u mean by this
