Been around this forum for awhile but mostly just reading, learning and not posting much. Figured I'd start a log here to track my progress leading up to my second show next year.

I've been training about 7 years consistently but just got my diet where it needs to be this past year. Started off working with a prep coach just to recomp but results were really good so decided to do a show last month. It was a learning experience for sure and can't wait to do it again after a more productive off season.

I developed a stress fracture early in my prep in my collar bone near the sternum that I'm still recovering from. Coming off the show I lowered my training frequency to a legs, push, pull type of split training every other day. I've been reading up on fortitude training and plan on starting that once I'm completely healed. Hoping that's at the end of the month and will be starting my first blast with sponsor here in conjunction.

Thanks. My plan was to copy my updates from another forum and put them here but haven't been keeping up with either too well with working two jobs right now. Still training and getting things together for my first blast. Maybe I'll use this to log that aspect.

Weight is 182.4 this morning. Actually dropped 2 lbs over the week. Coming off the holidays I'm not too worried about it thinking its water weight fluctuation. I have the rest of my cycle on its way so I should be able to start it in a week. I'll lay out what I'm doing when I start and at least do weekly updates on it. It'll be pretty basic since it's my first one. Pretty excited about finally doing it. I've been researching this for a few years and scared to actually do it while I was active duty.

I'm up two pounds this week. Increased training days to 4 and monitoring my shoulder. Still waiting on my gear that's taking way too damn long.

Just hit week 2 of my test and dbol cycle. I am up to 191.8 this morning. That's with two days of MISS cardio and sitting in the sauna post workout to keep water down. Weights are exploding! I have some neck pain today but hopefully it subsides. I'm excited to see where my squat is. I'll post my workout later today.

I weighed in at 199.8 this morning, holy shit. Haven't done any measurements but my waist hasn't moved much I dont think. 30" Jeans I wore around my contest time are no longer falling off me but still fit fine. If I can keep gaining and keep my waist where it's at or no more than 32 I'll be ecstatic. Legs will be in a couple hours.
