Here is a guy, that I was very impressed with at Jr.Nationals and just this past weekend, won the overall at the Northeastern Classic...He was a heavyweight at Jr.Nationals weighed in at 219lbs, but at the Northeastern he was a superheavy at 228lbs...Yes, not as dry and as crisp, but filled out you can see the potential to do some serious damage in the very near future...What does he need, mainly it's lower body work..Thicker quads and hams (there ripped) maybe some inner thighs, and some calf work..But if he can bring that up, everyone out east better watch ther backs, cause this kid will be winning shows left and right...In my opinion if he was filled out more at Jr.Nationals he wouldve been a top 5 heavyweight there...He is one of Palumbo clients, so he was a tad flat...Palumbo clients need alot of muscle to look full on stage, if they have a weakness then that bodypart noramlly will look very flat, becasue of the lack of carbs in there body...But when he is filled out in the future ???
