I was going to say the same.. Jay obviously is much bigger next to you but you don't look bad next to him.. which is a major testament to where you are as a bodybuilder.

:yeahthat: Jay guest posed at the only bb show iv done, a year before he went "big time" at olympia. Wasn't near as big(watery) back then. DUDE, dont sell urself too short eh?!! From what i see in the pick, Ya, jays arms are huge(if a bit puffy), but u can tell from the veins in your bis into forarms/hands, ur lean and hard as hell and look to have aton of real good shape/size. I had a pic of me and greg kovak at a sup store dealy, i at the time was in best ever shape 220ish, lean, and jacked on vet winni V and water base vet test :de:il-smi ......O Ya, even know it was the biggest and leanest i'd been, we looked like a before and after juice pic!!!!

gt, in all honesty I think your arms look better than Jays, his is just swoled up right now. I'm 6'4" and weigh 240 and mine don't look near as good as yours; but I'm natural, but maybe I need to change that. rt...
