I have yeah, one at my gym. I’m from Cinci so he is local to me. His client said he’s good, but also said client is a goofball haha so I figured I’d ask here.

Hahaha. Sorry if it came off that way. Open to any coach recommendations here too. I’m a bit limited budget wise though. I’m hoping to stay sub 150 a month.

John was a pretty decent bodybuilder in his day that always prepped himself. I believe he placed top 5 at jrs a time or two, back when classes were stacked with 40 some guys. John was also a 5% nutrition athlete for a while. Haven’t spoke to him in 20 years but was a good dude then.
