The peri-workout nutrition really isn't anything that crazy or exprnsive..
Around an hour prior to training protein like whey isolate, some slower digesting carbs wit a lil fat like coconut oil etc
Intra workout drink with something like whey hydro isolate wit some sort of karbolyn or waxy etc
One hour post workout regular meat/rice or potato meal
How does that break the wallet? To a certain extent it almost seems like we all should have been doing this for years!
