yes me and QT are still together,were about to start training seriously again.i'll give her the message,or you can on the ug-she's been stopping bye over there.she has arthritis in her hands and as you know she is massage therapist so we both are waiting to see (feel ) the results.

alright I just ordered a couple bottles and some cream from vitacost.com. I hope this stuff works my shoulders and knees have hurt off and on for about 2 years now.....I think its tendonitis but the thing is they pop all the time so don't really know what it is.....but this stuff says joints and surrounding tissues so maybe it will work. I'll report back with the results.

1 week loading period of 6 a day over.

for those of you who don't know QT(coolest girl ever)is a massage therapist specializing in deep tissue.anyway she has arthritis(runs in the family)in her hands pretty bad.i just asked her and she says her hands are still a little tight but don't nearly as bad.she says she can't wait for another week or too because it's just as i was told by the people who reccommended it.

i have noticed improvement also but i too am waiting for a couple more weeks.i don't like taking ibuprofen or naproxen for the two ruptured disk in my neck and compressed lower 3 vertebraes(both from getting plowed from behind 2yrs apart).this stuff is working just like they said it would. will give final feelings in two weeks unless they say a little longer is the ultimate benefits,then i'll post after that too.
