Just a quick question on calories while cruising..

If the person is cruising on 200 gm would you typically lower the calories? If so, what do you lower first and then last?
 
Are you still lifting hard? Or is your "cruise" also corresponding with a cruise from the gym as in DC training?

I thought I read you were DC training so if you are cruising in that way while also lowering your dosages just drop your shakes around your workout and replace with a whole food meal PWO. If you are doing the DC diet stick to carb cutoffs still you should be good to go. Replacing the shakes will normally decrease your carb intake a fair bit and will be equivalent to losing one total meal.
