If you are looking to save time...
I used to think you had to thaw the chicken before you could cook it. I would spend forever thawing chicken breasts out in the microwave, then washing them, them seasoning them, then cooking them...bah!
Now, I rinse the chicken, throw some extra virgin olive oil in a pan, set the heat setting to medium, drop the FROZEN chicken in the pan, cover it, walk away for 10 minutes and voila. Done.
Just thought I'd share that with anyone else wanting to save some time.

By cooking the chicken while it's still frozen, it comes out with a lot more juice...
