Current diet while cruising on TRT (10mg/day) and a replacement dose of GH. It's been two months off now and I'm feeling great and holding onto almost all my size so far. I mean I might be shrinking but very, very slowly if at all.

This spreadsheet is all formulas based on the gram amount field, it's really sweet once set up. I threw the cost stuff in there for fun, it was super fast. I'm on minimal supplements at this time.
