Bros,
I am having a debate. Right now I am 5'9 214lbs, 14%BF. I am in the middle of a bulker. Since it is early in the bulking season for me (i dont have to be lean till summer) Would it be wise to go up to my goal weight of 225lbs then cut down a little bit and drop some fat. Then go back up again to the 225lbs mark again, this time leaner and harder than before.
If i keep gaining all winter i will prolly get up to the 240lbs mark, there is nothing wrong with that (except i may be 20+%BF at the time..LOL) So rather than have to come down all that weight in the spring I could effectively do 2 bulks and cuts.
Make sense??
