Keto Diet - Cheat Meals?

I will be starting my Keto Diet here in a couple weeks and was wondering what some of you do for your cheat meals? whats your protein/carb/fat numbers look like for that day? how many cheat days do you have (1 or 2) ....

For me, one cheat meal a week worked best. You will retain a bit of water from that meal, so if I did 2 a week I feel it is a bit harder to gauge progress. As for the meal itself, just make sure your protien is consistent like the rest of your meals. If it helps, eat the protien first to make sure you can get it down before eating the other stuff you may be filling your face with.:p

eat your normal diet all day till about 6-7pm, then go hog wild, eat what youve craved for the week and get it out of your system
 
I have been utilizing a keto style very low carb diet, based around the diets I have seen Magnum post/principles of Mountaindog (food choices ie grass fed beef and salmon, free range eggs and coconut oil) and what I am finding for me that maximizes glycogen recompensation and minimizes 'lost progress' is roughly two meals Sunday night, through about the course of 4 hours to really pound some food. Since I love the honesty of this board I will post last Sunday's even though it makes me look like a hog.

4 Spicy Tuna rolls
2 BK rodeo burgers
1 4 pc BK chickn tenders with plenty of ranch
1 value menu BK Fry
1/2 of a small cheese pizza

Being on a diet where I look forward to no meals each day (maybe my shake and olive oil a little bit) it is nice to cut loose for a few hours. In the past I did just one meal a week, but I have found with my metabolism I get more full and replenished with two and no ill effect on my progress. I am almost already down my target two pounds this week.

This is great info... not gonna lie.. made my mouth water a bit!!!! love me some spicy tuna!!
 
I didn't have a cheat meal for 3 months. Only reason why I did have one was because my trainer (Alex Azarian: Prepbyalex.com) advised it because I hit a plateau from losing so much so quickly. It kick started my fat burning furnace again. If you're diet is spot on, you shouldn't have to cheat or have the urge to for a long time.

I ate what I wanted that day. Funny thing is, I didn't even eat that much.
