keto diet question

so i'm on day two of a keto diet, my first one. i'm looking just ot drop bf% by a couple of points, nothing crazy here. i have a couple of questions about the 7th day. is it best to just have good carbs all day and maybe a cheat meal (last meal of the day) on that day too. or just have a cheat meal and that being the only carbs for that day?
 
Theres MANY variations of a 'keto' diet. Some advocate VERY high fat and very moderate protein, along with no carbs. Some are high fat AND protein. Some have a refeed day, some dont. MOST variations dont have a refeed only one week in though.

Your answer kinda all depends on what type youre following.
 
glycogen

One cheat meal with good clean carbs, something like sushi or in that category. Keep the fats at a minimum for the cheat meal which is once/wk. The cheat meal is to fill muscles with some glycogen for the next week of keto.
