2 chicken breast
garlic powder

step 1: pound out chicken breast into cutlets to make them flat
step 2: mix on a plate chili powder,Italian seasoning, salt, garlic powder and curry powder
step 3: pour ceaser dressing into bowl and dip cutlets in, then throw them onto the plate with the seasonings as if you were breading them.
step 4: fill pan with olive oil and throw in the two cutlets. cook 5 mins each side.
these are great i actually just made them: it taste like it has a breading but its just the spices and they come out delicious. i then dip them in more ceaser or buffalo sauce as i eat them. but they come out so crunchy best substitute for a chicken cutlet. Its deff not moms Italian chicken cutlets but there great and no carbs.
