I find ramping up to most food as well as everything else in life tends to be the way to go. Ramping up over time seems preferable when learning to squat 400-500 pounds as opposed to just putting it on the bar and backing out of the rack an hoping for the best!!!!That’s a great point.. seems like it should be common sense but I just never thought of it this way. I need to focus more on ramping up gradually. Thanks for that
