In a podcast with Fouad, Phil Viz mentioned using dnp in some of his clients

Is he implementing this in your strategy? Or is he just a second set of eyes and serving in an advisory-only capacity?

Curious how long one would take too fill out glycogen after coming off dnp

I’m only using a very small dosage (around 50mg) because it’s my first ever run

In Phil's plan there is a short low dose dnp run, towards the end.
Coming off 2-3 weeks out is PLENTY of time to fill out and drop water from dnp.

This will be the next iteration, the next quantum leap ‘forward’. I have no clue what it will take or how many generations it will take to get there but I will long be dead as most if of not all of you will be, but it will make the past look like the Stone Age.

What color trunks are you gonna use, do you tan b4 a show. Me I’d have you tan a little and use light red or yellow trunks or maybe a green. I don’t think dark trunks look the best on you just my opinion I’m not an NOzc judge but I am a GBO judge and have been prepping people for 20 years and at the top level even trunks can matter just a thought.

Acv once daily in the morning. 2oz

Yea shiny would do good those black trunks in the pic don’t seem to fit your physique I have used turquoise in like 85% of my shows not blue not green but both.
