Remember Kenny Milne......was KM2000 on here and bestowed his nonsense on us and tricked some into thinking he knew his stuff.........LOOKS THE SAME AS LAST YEAR..............horrible.

I've met plenty of both Phil and you're not the end all, be all.....bottom line, is you're bitter at anyone who challenges your way of thinking and you have no tact when expressing your thoughts. Something to think about

honestly i will admit im a bit shocked at kenny not making more gains as young as he is, he picked the wrong lineup to "stay the same" at.. wow!
this sport is waaaayyyyy to competitive to bring the same package unless you have greek God like genetics!

I remember his name but not any of his posts, he has a decsent physique but will not fare well at this level. If he was saying that he was gonna destroy all comers than he is about to be humbled.....or just blame the judges. Most people promoting massive doses are trying to make up for genetics.

Yeah, I remember him being a big advocate of also using EPO to get your RBC real high for quicker "recovery"... That's when I thought his thinking was screwy… unless you like blood clots.
