I just wanted to give a little bit of recognition to KM by posting this thread.

This guy is very intelligent & meticulous in all aspects of bodybuilding and health in general. He definitely goes the extra mile.

One of the most humble competitors on this board and is always posting very informative material and willing to help people out and answer questions.

I've PMed him about a couple things and he was as thorough as can be and cool as hell.

ProM is a better board for having him here.

I agree, with the lba stuff he seems very analytical and loved the diet he posted, got me on to ezkial (sp) cerial.

I couldn't agree more. Im very impressed with his dedication and knowledge, especially for his age......and like you said, super cool guy.

Good guy spoke to him once about something he posted and he recommended me using coconut oil and I have been using it ever since......but km2000 I think you pissed off my girl I have soomther skin than she does and she buys a small fortune worth in lotions...haha Thanks again Km2000 glad your here at PM.

yup.

what impresses me most about KM and Phil is that they are both are like- minded but conflict as well. that being said, at the end of the day, they both realise this is the bond that connects us, agree to put aside their differences and continue to share their knowledge.
