My Left knee pops and shifts slightly when i bend it during squats lunges or leg press. There is no pain just the movement. has anyone else had a similar problem. idk if one of my adductor or abductor muscles is slackin or if its a hammstring... any feedback would be great i would like to start goin heavier on the squats and such. but i fear for a dislocated knee cap which would suck.
