I go and get mine from Phil, great stuff. No loading phase or anything. 2 pills a day thats it, no bloating or anything.....

Which Kre-alkalyn is the best one 2 get...like which brand? I've seen a couple of them.but which one do you all get? Is it better to get the powder or the capsules?

i use sci-fit and it works great
the powder is cheaper but the pills are convenient
just depends on what you want

How is it different , what makes it better besides all the scientific info.. What difference do you see personally Phil or with your clients and patrons who use it. I thought the Kre-Alkalyn worked great hard to believe anything is better then that stuff..

I am not so sure that it is better. I love KRE-ALKALYN! I will try it and let U know.

The thing about the Kre Alkalyn is that it lasts FOREVER. Two pills a day. How many pills are in that stupid bottle?!?!?!?! I think one bottle gives me like a two month supply?

Hard to tell if it is working if one was taking the other for a while.. i think you should be clean of all Kre- Alkalyn before using this new stuff for atleast 30 days... I look 4ward to results and if they are any different. I suspect the differences will be it has different timed released phases..

I have a 500 gram bottle from Sci-Fit ( I distribute for them so I get it wholesale) and one of them lasts me 3.5 months....The stuff is superior to CEE IMO as I used that for a year and half before switching to Kre-Alklyn....

I also am looking forward to the results..

I have read that CEE di, tri malates all are more prone to turn into creatinine. Kre-alkalyn seems to be the best ph-balanced creatine for the best stability. I sale tons of it at my work. Sci-fit pills and cytosports fast twitch uses it as well.

I've tried the following:

creatine gluconate (very good but short acting, great for pre, during, post, ie SizeOn)
creatine mono (ugh... works good but the GI upset, bloat, and of course the squirts)
CEE (best I've tried so far but still willing to try something better!)

They should call that blended formula Phil mentioned Sustatine.

Sorry OTH. hahaha. Totally missed that thread for some reason.
Man, creatine mono SUCKS! Plus all that loading phase garbage. I'm a natty, but every once in a while towards my 4-5th day of loading I'd get pains in my kidneys. I don't know if it was the mono or combination of that and a high protein diet. Once I went to maintenance the pains always went away so I suspect it was the mono. Never tried CEE.
All I can say, OTH, is that you really need to try the buffered stuff. Really quick loading too. I usually notice a difference within 1-2 days upon starting.
I'm a firm believer of creatine. I think its a supplement everyone should be using(as far as OTC supplements go). Lots of proven research. The only drawback with it is for some of the athletes that are training in a lot of heat, b/c you can get dehydrated from it. My orthopeadic sports doc told me that the only problems he sees with creatine are with his sprinters. I asked him about my torn pec and creatine use and he said "nah." "Not likely."

I didn't waste ANY time. I love creatine. I think it's next to AAS in results. Plus it seems to help cushion my joints a bit... don't know the reason for this. I'll be eating this stuff by the end of the WEEK!!!
