Just got past injuries and back in training. Starting to try a form of HIT, but I had a problem before injury that I think is going to continue. Shity triceps, they are strong, really strong for the lack of developement. My arms sit around 18-19 inches but 15 of this seems like biceps. I train my tri's just as intense but don't get the great results. Considering seo, but I don't want a quick fix. I want some permenate gains! What are some things to consider or try, I'm down for what ever. I would like to think that if my tri's catch up to my bi's I'll actually like some part of my body. lol
