[lang=vi]What do most of you guys do the final 4 weeks of prep in regards to anti estrogens and their amounts. Do you feel you need to absolutely tank your estrogen to become as dry as possible. Do you base it off now you look? I know guys that run high Letro doses the final month and also know guys that run just .5 arimadex EOD and yet they are on very similar cycles. What are your thoughts?[/lang]

I drop all aromatising injectables a few weeks out so I don't need any anti e's.

Depends.
The smart thing would be to base what you do off what you are running. All this is also based on not running anything that aromatizes except test. If running something else that aromatizes it would change.

If you are running a solid dose of test (500-1000mg) through the show id most likely up it a bit the last month. For example if running 1mg Adex EOD id up it to 1mg ED.

If you drop long ester test 3-6 wks out id keep running it where you were previous to dropping the test as it clears your system. You want optimal/low E not absolutely crushed E. But the time the long ester leaves your system you won't have anything in your system aromatizing.

If you use short acting test and drop it 7-10 days out I'd keep right where it is through the prep. Or possibly upping it slightly a week out depending on water/condition.

I'm 4 days out and I'm on Arimidex 1mg ED. I still have prop in with Tren.

I wouldn't over do the anti E though.. Like green said, you don't want crushed estrogen. 7 days tops in my opinion
