Try 20mg's on Friday at about Noon, then 10mg 8 hours later. Then 20mgs saturday morning, proabably before you go to the athletes meeting, or maybe after if you're in the heavyweight or super heavyweight class as you'll be going onstage a couple hours after everybody else.
Be carefull you don't take too much at one time, else you'll be in the bathroom pissing your brains out.......believe me, it sucks. lol
