I went thru this a few years ago. I won because I had my ducks in a row.

Primarily you need to collect evidence your spouse is doing what you said. The courts don't give a damn about he said/she said crap, all they care about is the evidence in front of them. So make sure you have it all documented.

Most people screwing around on their spouse aren't very covert about it. look for internet chats, unexplained phone numbers on the cell phone bill, odd reasons for leaving, etc.

My 'x' was stupid enough to save every IM chat she was having with the scumbag she was with. It made it easy. all i had to do was email the logs to my lawyer at my convenience.

If you have difficulty breaking passwords, get a keystroke logger that plugs into the keyboard jack. They don't show up when someone looks for software keystroke loggers.

youre lucky you dont live in mass. wouldnt matter if you walked in on her blowing a football team, she would get everything and alimony. mass is terrible for men in divorces. im pretty sure you can legally kill your wife in texas if you say ooops after

hey bros i jus wanna say thanks for all yalls input and help, im glad to knwo i can come here and learn and also get help on other things then jus BBding

also, jus to clear things up, its not me goin thru the divorce, its my father...

he is jus crushed and so low right now its unreal and im worried about him, my mother is a heartless bitch and the things she is doing is unreal, its not jus the cheating its alot of other things that go along with it that have been goin on for years

too long to type the whole story but the things she does would make u cringe inside

basically she puts herself infront of us kids and mainly my little brother bc im older and can deal with most of it but i got a 13 yr old lil bro who is gettin a train ran on his mind and im jus tryin to look out for him and my father

money rules my mother and she would give up the life of us kids jus to be richer with money instead of love and a good family, this is hard to belive but is 110% true
