LBA timing issue...

I am very meticulous and try to get LBAs in at 10am and then 2pm with my lunch inbetween at 12.

Well at work sometimes its really hard..so im wondering if i took one of these along with my lunch or just basically threw them in whenever if it would still be okay? ...as long as I keep the number of servings and the number of meals the same?...does it all come out equal at the end of the day?

why are you worried about timing?

when all you have to do is eat when hungry and after each meal take LBA's. Its that simple. So on one day you will have 5 meals and 4-5 servings of LBA's, day two may be 3-4 meals and 3 servings of LBA. just listen to your body. don't look at the clock.

Best advice I can give you after quite a few years spent doing this thing, many of them very meticulously too... :)
 
RJ, I try on get mine in between meals also but if I don't I just have it with the meal, I try to get 5-6 serving (1/4 cup) a day.

Dont make it hard bro.
Just drink them when you're hungry...dont worry if it 2 am or 2 pm.
Just run to the b room and eat them.

Dens, not a 1/4 cup aday but a 1/4 with 6-8 oz of milk 5-6 time a day.

Got it. I haven't tried them with milk, my stomach doesn't get along with it.
I would imagine that tastes pretty damn good though.
 
RJ baing 10 min late or taking them with a meal if you have to isnt going to have an overall effect on the results. just like if you took a shot at 2 pm on tues and next tues it was at 2:45 pm . the protocal used is designed to keep you body in an anabolic state. you wont ruin this by being alittle late or early once in a while.
 
not that I would want to do it or anything..but what effect would taking 3 straight meals and then 3 straight servings of LBAs be in comparison to rotating meal..lba..meal..lba???

Because taking an lba WITH the meal would compromise the latter of these two^

i always thought it had something to do with NO levels which you want to keep at a high level. NO is an important messenger molecule involved in many physiological and pathological processes. This will help protein synthesis and protein uptake in the muscle. So taking it inbetween meals would be better. This way NO levels will be constant.
 
yea thats basically the question i have..although it is IDEAL to drink in between...is it IMPARITIVE. I have trouble taking breaks as difficult as that may seem..at work and it would be soooo much easier to just take together but im afraid it might effect my results so havent done it.
 
Bro I have a part-time job in addition to being a full-time student... I know the woes of getting it all in. But you might be making this more difficult than it is. Its my interpretation that maybe it wouldn't KILL you getting your LBAs in with a meal once in a while, but the point to me is to get them between to keep a constant flow of protein to your body and with the lean beef aminos - specifically AMINO ACID profiles which have many nitrogen molecules (refer to their constructions) to get a good nitrogen balance in the muscles... With that said, why don't you pre-mix some LBAs into a water bottle or two and take them with you? You can't carry around a drink? This is what I do when at work/in class. Get the fruit punch and pre-mix it into a water bottle and take it with me so that I can drink it whenever. This makes my life a hell of a lot easier.
