LEG SIZE

People always comment on how big pros arms are or how big their arms etc. I was wondering just how big is a BIG leg? Ive heard Ronnie Colemans are 38inchs is this true?

Mine are currently 32inchs in my offseason at six foot flat in height. I want to focus on sheer size rather than detail untill they are big enough. Just curiuos to how big other guys legs are and how big the pro's legs are.

I never said my legs were 26inchs?

I know when i compteted they were just under 30inchs, 28 at the smallest. there are 30 cold and 32 pumped now. so havnt changed much in over a year.

Well....Tom Platz told me personally his legs were 28 on stage[despite people saying they were 36] at 5'7 and paul Demeyo told his were 30 [ or tad less on stage at 254] ........So I doubt many guys have stage ready actuarately measured legs that exceed 30 ..........Although Ronnie ,Qnincy Taylor, and Vic Richards definately are well over that ........Why would you ever messure anything pumped ? That isnt a true messure of anything. And a stage ready leg is a whole lot different than a contest ready leg.Probably 2-3 inchches.............plus shape can be really decieving.........I personally messaured a guys legs that i thought would well over 30 and they were 29 and half.......

another very crucial factor is the height of the individual, a 30" thigh on someone who is 5'5" looks a lot bigger than on someone who is 6'2", as well as arm measurements etc., keep that in mind.

Thanks man that was the kinda stuff i was interested in, my legs will probably have to lose 4 inchs plus to get them really cut. My legs blow up whenever I stop dieting. I just figured because Im quite tall and have long looking legs they would need to be a certain size but your right its the cuts thst matter.
