How do you do it? Legs are my lagging area and I'm killing them every week trying to make em grow. I personally am somewhat alternating styles of training between HIT Dorian Yates style workouts and MountainDog type workouts that I did while running his program. I'm also training hamstrings twice a week, once with quads and another time with back.
