upped calories to 4500 a day, training like a dog and gaining weight fast.
this morning 227 at 5`8 at 9% bf.
need another 10lbs
current diet is:
8am - 100g oats and milk, honey, whey shake, banana
11am - 200g chicken and 100g rice with a banana
1pm - shake, 60g cashews and an apple
4pm - same as 11am
5pm - shake with carb powder
7pm - same as 5pm with 100g oats
10pm - 150g chicken and 50g peanut butter
protein about 380g. weight going up, bf steady about 9-9.5%
want to gain more and faster
any ideas?
