How much more damage could you do if you have a torn tendon in your wrist if you say lifted light? Going for volume just to sort of semi stay in shape kind of thing. I cannot get surgery done right now and the wrist doesn't hurt while not lifting but I can wrap it pretty decent and give it a go. The only thing that got me thinking is that I had incredible pain when I was lifting for a while and didn't think anything was actually torn (or I am just too stupid to see doctor's immediately)... point being I lifted with it torn for a few months so how much more damage could i do?
