My "significant other" had it done several years ago. She got pretty good results and has kept them. But then she is real careful about what she eats, does those health club "pump classes" and yoga about 4 times a week, and does gh (like I do). I think that it can help if someone has a tough spot, but obviously if someone just does lipo and then doesn't train, eat right, etc., it probably won't be worth it in the long run, like superman said. My gal is in her 40's and has had 4 kids, including twins, so although she was in very good shape (built like the proverbial brick shithouse) she had a small fat area in her middle that she had to get herself almost looking like a Vietmanese refugee to get rid of - the lipo worked OK for her.
