Hello all,
Decided to start a new journal to coincide with my new focus so hopefully have some interest. Unsure if want to return to the stage but if the growth comes back is going to be a consideration.
Have posted on and off forums since 2009 and am UK based.
I competed at UKBFF South Coast in 2011 and NABBA England in 2013 but since then whisky training was sporadic in terms of bodybuilding but kept my base largely. In 2019 I had a quad tear and condition slipped, and Lockdown didn't help!
2021 dieted down to remove the fluff and plan now is to push for size.
Start point below.
Start weight was 202lbs, 205.2 this AM.
Training 2 on 1 off and Push/Pull/Legs.
Joined my old BBing gym (Pro Strength and Fitness) and into week 2 now.
Protein around 300g daily,
Carbs 400 on training days and non training days closer to 150-200.
Fats below 50g
Cycle is Test E and Anavar and will track weight and macros and make adjustments as we go. Likely add in an anabolic in a few weeks when progress stalls.
Cardio I do crossfit workout once a week which will involve some HIIT cardio but that aside I make sure to get 12k steps in daily without fail and this has helped immeasurably past few months.
