I wouldn't recommend anything other then Synthergine...Have used them all over the years and nothing beats it!

Run a search on here and you will see before and after lab tests by those that have used it and the amazing results they experienced!

Personally, I think liv52 and milk thistle are a waste of money...Just by the blood tests members are showing by using Synthergine alone, nothing else is really needed imo.....

Myogenix Liver Fix has a good amount of all the main things you want. NAC, sylimarin, ALA, turmeric..

Also, to whoever said sylimarin is a waste of time.. Carriers of Hep C see some very good results from it in keeping their enzymes down.
