I have tried then all including synthteks product and had labs drawn...
The best for me has been 900 Mgs of jarrow milk thistle, 900mgs of ALA, and 1200-1800mgs of jarrow NAC split into 3 doses per day.

Well the Doc called today with my blood tests,

ALT 94 AST 60
Blood results take 2 weeks ago that I got back today.
ALT 48 AST 40

If I need to scan copies for proof I can I would just need to get a copy faxed to me of the after results, I have a copy of the before.

Personally, I think liv52 and milk thistle are a waste of money...Just by the blood tests members are showing by using Synthergine alone, nothing else is really needed imo.....

I wouldn't consider good quality milk thistle a waste of money, it has its benefits. however Synthergine is the best by far. I have taken it for years myself and nothing comes close to it.

Can be taken both ways but I believe more effective if injected.

If it doesn't have to survive the stomach and goes straight into the body I
would believe that would have better bio availability too. But many people use it
orally and still have perfect scores on their tests. So even if less effective vs
injection it is still effective enough orally for the desired purpose.
