Liver Prtoectant? (R-ALA)

Hey Guys,

I already use Milk Thistle and Liv-52 during my cycles to help protect my liver. I have heard good things about R-ALA and it protects the liver as well. It said that R-ALA does and regular ALA does not. Any help would be great. For i am thinking of adding it. Thanks!

Dump the Milk Thistle and Liv52 and use Synthergine. rALA is a good addition.

Cant find Synthergine, where and what is it plz? I always heard Milk Thistle was a must, why not???

Milk thistle has never had proper proof that it works.

Synthergine is from one of the sponsors - www.synthetek.com Do a Search here on the board to see what it is being said about it. Nothing comes close.

Really? I didn't even know they made such a product. I'll check it out. I have been using Milk Thistle for years "in hopes" that it works.

U mean u don't get regular blood work done to check that out kaiser? U are just "hoping" that ur liver is ok? LOL

I don't know what you are actually posting about. I listed a single thing that BigA said about a supplement from Synthetek, nothing else. Not sure where you are coming from, and yes I do get checked out, thanks.

You said that u have been using Milk Thistle "in hopes" it works? If u had regular blood work done you would know if it is helping or not.

How would I know if it works or not if I never took a baseline before I used it and used it ALL OF THE TIME and hoped that it worked because I was not aware of anything else on the market? One has nothing to do with the other, you're not comprehending my post correctly.

Either way, "yes" is the answer to your comment. That is, yes I do get blood work done.
