how long can you keep a syringe loaded before use? can a person load them for say a couple days ahead?

Yes you can pre-load a week or two ahead. Do not do it for any longer than 2 weeks. The gear is not degraded but the BA will degrade the rubber plunger of your syringe and when you inject the gear will leak through the sides of the plunger. Makes a mess and costs $.
